Dear participants and captains!
In order to avoid difficulties on the day of the tournament, a test tournament on the 5-rounds Swiss system (3+2 time control) will be held on April 1, 2021, at 17:00 (CEST), (15:00 UTC), (Baku 19:00, GMT+4). In this case, chess players will gain the necessary experience. Note that the test tournament is unofficial and the result does not matter. Participants of all registered teams can participate. Even captains can participate in this competition to gain experience.
The Tornelo platform is new to the vast majority of participants and has no experience in use. But there is no cause for concern. A technical meeting with the participation of captains will be held and explained on April 1, 2021 at 16:00 (CEST), (14:00 UTC), (Baku 18:00, GMT+4). Chess players will be able to address questions to their captains about the use of Tornelo and get answers.
